Hampton Inn By Hilton Nuevo Vallarta

There was a gentleman employee named Javier who was at the breakfast area, he was incredibly attentive and aware of the guests' needs. He made me feel so welcomed and appreciated that if I were given an option for my next stay, I would choose Hampton Inn again just because of excellent staff members like Javier. Management, please let him know he is greatly appreciated for his commitment and excellent customer care.

About 20 minutes drive to Puerto Vallarta, 10 mins to Nuevo Nayarit. Underground parking, staff super helpful. The room was great, clean, with air-conditioning, and the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of food.

Location was great to the airport. Lobby area and bar area was comfortable and clean Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Hallways were quiet of people walking, beautiful carpet. Check in was excellent, young woman on the front desk was super friendly, efficient and spoke good English. Transportation driver also was a bar tender for the day was also very friendly, efficient and nice to talk to. Bar/common area had comfortable couches, chairs, tables and they a nice selection of snacks and kitchen had a great club sandwich. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

New and clean property. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The lobby was good to hang in. The pool was nice. We could hear the highway noise in the pool area but it didn’t bother us. We had a car and were able to use the hotel as a base to see Nuevo Vallarta. However, without a car it would be s challenge.

The locación perfect, because we live in the other side of the highway and We do not have electricity for almost 24 hrs I ask for a discount but the girl in the front desk just say NO, SHEIN didn’t try to see if we can get a discount
